The super line X-file-the Protaper Next its twin brother!

It was developed to overcome some of the difficulties encountered when using Potaper Universal. A material with different physical properties was achieved through heat treatment: M-wire.

Properties:

• Cross-section: rectangular, therefore serpentine, asymmetrical movement
• Movement: is rotated in the same direction as the clock
• Conicity: 4-7%, different for each needle
• Maximum rotation speed: 300 rpm
• Torque: 2 Ncm
• Sterilisation: max 134°C-.in autoclave
• Set: it consists of only 5 needles compared to 8 needles of the universal set, but the basic set contains only the first 3 thicknesses twice
• Treatment sequence: the manufacturer recommends using the SX needle for U-files first, then the T-file needle and then X1 to X5
• Dilatation technique: recommended for crown-down
• Minimally invasive: better respects the anatomical shape of the canal
• CM: controlled memory = does not want to regress, but retains the preformed curvature
• Material: improved NiTi= M-wire
• Colour: silver (do not mix with U-File as it is difficult to separate!)
