I have been working as a dentist for fourteen years, and I had contact with many dentist's offices, and I often thought how I could make the practice more efficient. I can't accept that dentist managers usually mean by cost reduction the lowering of salary and contribution of the emloyees, while they throw away money in other domains. I would like to share my experiences with my collegues in this website in order to help them to avoid those disadvanteges I had myself. I would like to show that I can serve commercially my dentist collegues better and more dentist-centered.
