A guide to using machine needles, what you need and what you need them for.

The V+ file is an improved version of the RECIPROC (VDW) system with gold-coloured needles.

Features of the NiTi machine needle:

• Size range:: #25, #40, #50, #25-50
• Correct needle movement: recip roc (150° outwards - 30° backwards)
• Needle colour: gold
• Cross-section: S-shaped
• Conicity: 5-8%
• Total length of the needle: 25 mm
• Material: Maxtech 3.0 NiTi
• Max. Thickness of the tip: 3.0 mm

It differs from the V-File (=Reciproc needles) in that it is 134.0.

• It is no longer silver-coloured, but gold-coloured for better differentiation.
The NiTi material has undergone a new treatment process that makes it softer and more flexible, thereby increasing its service life.
• The more curved a channel is, the more recommendable it is compared to the first generation Reciproch.

Those who have become accustomed to the Reciproc system will have no problems using our needles, because they are the same in colour, material, shape and size, but are manufactured by Superline as a V+ file. The only difference is the much lower price :)
