In case of unopened product you get your money back within 4 weeks after the date of the purchase against the original invoice.
If you have an unopened product, you can buy an other product for the same price after 4 weeks from the purchase within 90 days.
Warranty conditions
You have an OFFICIAL HUNGARIAN GUARANTEE for the purchased products.
Our products are marketed in accordance with the warranty regulations valid in Hungary!
The guarantee for our products is provided by the hungarian importers of the producers. You can enjoy the security of maintenance and product supporting.
In accordance with legislation for the internal market it is obligatory to provide a guarantee for a minimum of 12 months for all our products. A longer period of guarantee is indicated for the concerned products. The beginning of the warranty period corresponds to the date of the invoice and guarantee certificate.
In accordance with consumer protection requirement in case of any failure of the product registered within 72 hours the producer is obliged to replace the faulty product.
The warranty claim can be validated by presenting jointly the following documents:
- The product in the original manufacturer package with all manufacturer accessories.
- One copy of the orginal invoice.
- Warranty certificate drawn up by our company.
- The Warranty Card annexed to the pruduct by the manufacturer.
In the partial or total absence of any documents mentionned above we can not accept the warranty claim!
